Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products

• Damaged products due to misuse

• Products without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp.

Refunds

• After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
